No, only items with a fixed price are permitted on Google Base, the displayed price must match that of the price displayed on the items url. You can upload all BUY NOW items, however, as eBay already send your items to Google Base, in my eyes it is a redundant task for each individual to carry out as most have problems implementing the upload.
