Mostly all feeds that we are sent for review can benefit from Level 3 Optimisation as this is a much more intensive report, unlike Level 1 & Level 2 optimisation where some customers cover what we would term the minimum and standard optimisation techniques. If the customer has the time and resources available to carry out this work then this is the best all round report to purchase, however, if you are struggling to place time within your feed currently, you may wish to take a look at our Level 4 Optimisation service.

First things first, we offer a free analysis of your feed to ensure we can help. Although we have said above, that mostly all feeds can benefit from Level 3 Optimisation, there are the odd few, we really do not believe would justify the cost of the report. These customers are offered a consultation service to discuss minor aspects of their feeds or a specific item range for example.

Findings from the analysis are used by us to determine suitability to each service only. If found to be a suitable candidate, getting started with Level 3 Optimisation is pretty simple. On completion of payment and acceptance of terms, a fresh copy of the customers feed should be emailed to us, we may or may not require to view your dashboard, however, you need not worry about providing log-in details as screen-shots are also suitable.

To provide the customer with as much relevant information and the most suitable way forward in optimisation, we carry out research that includes looking at competitors, researching into their current website and comparing current data quality with those at a higher level. These findings along with our recommendations are all compiled within an easy to follow report. We pride ourselves on providing reports that are as jargon free as possible, for those who have little or no knowledge of Optimisation techniques and try where possible to explain even the smallest of tasks in great detail.

There are areas of the optimisation report that may appear an extensive amount of work, however, it has taken many years of hard work, trial and error and experience using and helping others for us to figure out the best way to move forward when optimising for Google Merchant Center and the benefits, we believe match, if not out weigh the time and effort required.

On completion of the report, we send this to the customer for their implementation. No assistance on modifications to the data or set-up will be offered, however, this can be purchased under our support service. Although we do not offer optimisation assistance, we never turn our back on the customer in terms of report content. If the customer requires clarification on an area of the report or has a question relating to the reports contents, we strive to answer this if possible.

Price is a fixed cost of $1000/£680. The number of items does not affect this as the principal remains the same throughout. In extreme circumstances, or if your requirements vary from the standard report, this charge may vary.

The requirements for Level 3 Optimization/Consultation are simple, a recent copy of your current feed, up to date with all products you wish to be included in the report. A basic background of your account and any problems encountered along the way and finally current traffic levels.
